Commander loyal to coalition killed in Hodeidah
HODEIDAH, Dec. 12 (YPA) – A military commander loyal to Saudi-led coalition was killed on Wednesday by the Yemeni army fire on the western coast front of Hodeidah province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.
The commander in the so-called “al-Mehdar Brigade” Qasem Mohammed Hadi al-Ja’dani and one of his escorts were killed and others wounded in an improvised explosive device blast targeted a military vehicle of the coalition in south of Kilo 16 area, the official elaborated.
The coalition’s artillery targeted citizens’ homes in al-Zafaran village with more than 120 shells on Sunday.
