Yemeni army shells coalition-backed militants in western coast

HODEIDAH, Oct. The artillery forces of the Yemeni army and popular committees on Tuesday launched intensive bombardments on the positions of coalition-backed militants in the western coast of Yemen, in Hodeidah province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

The artillery shells hit gatherings of the militants at Almatina area in the district of Aljabaliah, killing and injuring several militants, the official said.
