Yemeni army attacks Saudi-backed militia sites in Jizan

JIZAN, Sept. 20 (YPA) – The Yemeni army units on Thursday carried out an offensive against sites of Saudi-backed militia off Jizan region, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

The army units stormed, during a ground attack, the militia’s positions in Jabal al-Nar area off Jizan, which resulted in several dead and wounded in ranks of the militia, the official said.

Meanwhile, the missile force of the army fired a missile of Zilzal-1 type towards a gathering of the Saudi-backed militia in Majaza Mountain in Asir region.
