President hails Dhalei people’s positions in confronting coalition

SANAA, Sep. 9 (YPA) – President of the Supreme Political Council Mahdi al-Mashat on Sunday praised the heroic positions of Dhalei province in confronting the Saudi-led coalition forces.

During his meeting with Governor of Dhalei province Hunein al-Darib and a number of social dignitaries, the president stressed the importance of educating and rising awareness of the society against destructive schemes of the aggression coalition.

“The occupier did not come to Yemen except to humiliate the Yemeni people and rob them of their decision,” the president said. “This is the goal of invaders and occupiers through history.”

The president affirmed that the Yemeni people, including the sons of Dhalei province, “will not abandon their freedom, independence and dignity, and they will not allow others to rob their will.”

He said that the coalition has violated all taboos in its aggression against the Yemeni people, and bombed children, women, markets, mosques and all elements of life, surpassing all divine and human legislations.

The president called for gathering efforts to fill any gap that might be exploited by the enemy, confirming readiness to present all possible thing to serve the people of the province, as it is the duty of the leadership to serve the people.
