Intl report accuses Saudi, EAU to commit war crimes in Yemen
SANAA, Aug. 28 (YPA) – An international report prepared by international and regional experts’ team specialized in Yemen’s affairs said that some individuals of resigned Hadi’s government and US-backed Saudi-led coalition committed acts that are possible to be considered international crimes.
The report that covered the period from September to June 2018 and issued by human rights council said that the rival parties violate the international law committing crimes, saying that the Saudi-led airstrikes is the cause of mostly large number of causalities among the civilians.
The report indicated that those airstrikes hit residential areas, markets, civil gatherings even health facilities.
The team mentioned a secret black list to be submitted to the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights.
