Yemen army shells gatherings of coalition-backed militias in Lahj

LAHJ, Aug. 25 (YPA) – The artillery force of the Yemeni army and popular committees on Saturday night shelled gatherings of the coalition-backed militias and their military mechanisms in Lahj province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

The artillery shells hit the militias’ gatherings and their military vehicles in Sharija area of Karish district, causing heavy losses in lives and military equipment, the official added.
