Sanaa’s military spokesman: Saudi Arabia launches 116 airstrikes and missile attacks across Yemen

SANAA, Oct. 29 (YPA) – The spokesman for the Sanaa forces, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, announced that Saudi warplanes launched 116 airstrikes and missile attacks over the past 24 hours, targeting civilian objects in the governorates of Saada, Hajjah, Bayda, Jawf, Taiz, and Lahj, resulting in dozens of casualties, including women and children.

According to Brigadier General Saree, the airstrikes were carried out by F-15 and Typhoon fighter jets that took off from the Khamis Mushait and Taif airbases, while the missile attacks were launched from Najran.

شن الطيران الحربي السعودي خلال الـ24 ساعة الماضية 116 غارةً جويةً وصاروخاً استهدف بها الأعيان المدنية في محافظات صعدة وحجة والبيضاء والجوف وتعز ولحج وذلك من خلال طائرات “F-15” و “تايفون” أقلعت من قاعدتي خميس مشيط والطائف، والعدوان الصاروخي من نجران وخلفت عدداً كبيراً من الشهداء والجرحى جلهم نساء وأطفال.
ليبلغ إجمالي غارات العدوان السعودي منذ بدء التصعيد على بلدِنا 3596 غارةً جويةً وصاروخاً.

He added that the total number of Saudi airstrikes and missile attacks since the beginning of the escalation on Yemen has risen to 3,596.
