Sanaa FM welcomes efforts to end Saudi war, blockade

SANAA, Oct. 22 (YPA) – The Sanaa-based Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates renewed on Thursday its welcome for any efforts aimed at ending the Saudi aggression, lifting the blockade, and ending Saudi military presence of Yemeni territory.

In a statement, the ministry also welcomed a call by Al-Azhar Grand Imam Ahmed Al-Tayeb, urging pressure on Saudi Arabia to accept the initiative, end its blockade of Yemen, and halt all hostile activities.

The ministry concluded by stressing that Saudi Arabia must stop interfering in Yemen, warning that it would otherwise bear the consequences.
