Zionist forces prevent dozens of teachers from reaching schools in northern Jordan Valley

WEST BANK, Sept. 20 (YPA) – Israeli occupation forces prevented dozens of teachers from reaching their schools in the northern Jordan Valley on Sunday.

According to Azmi Balawneh, Director of Education in Tubas, 104 male and female teachers were unable to get to their schools this morning due to the closure of the Tayasir and Ain Shibli military checkpoints by the occupation forces.

Balawneh explained that the checkpoint closures disrupted the regular flow of the educational process across six public schools and a kindergarten, which serve approximately 1,100 students.
