Israeli airstrikes, artillery shelling hit towns in southern Lebanon

LEBANON, Sept. 10 (YPA) – Israeli occupation warplanes launched a series of airstrikes on several towns in southern Lebanon on Saturday, coinciding with heavy artillery shelling and movements of military vehicles inside a number of areas, according to Lebanese sources.

The sources reported that Israeli warplanes carried out two strikes on Dawayr / Doha Kfar Remman in the Nabatieh District, along with additional airstrikes targeting the towns of Al-Mansouri, Nabatieh Al-Faqa, Al-Qantara, and Wadi Zibqine. Meanwhile, artillery shelling struck the outskirts of Doha Kfar Remman.

Israeli military vehicles were also observed moving through the residential quarters of Al-Qantara, as artillery targeted the outskirts of Arnon and Wadi Al-Salouqi.
