Ansarullah official warns Yemeni recruits serving Saudi forces of dire consequences

SANAA, Aug. 22 (YPA) – A political leader in Yemen’s capital, Sanaa, warned of dire consequences for Yemeni recruits serving in the Saudi-led forces.

“There is no path forward for those working with the Saudi enemy other than returning to their families and homes in Sana’a and the liberated areas, and living as good citizens among their people,” Hizam al-Asad, a member of the Ansarullah Political Bureau, wrote on X.

He added: “Continuing to serve the enemy and persisting on the path of betrayal and mercenary work will bring nothing but a disgraceful end and severe consequences.”

He concluded: “As for the Saudi enemy regime, perhaps divine will has decreed that the Ummah’s deliverance from its evil, criminality, and betrayal will come at the hands of our faithful, steadfast people—the descendants of Ali, Ammar, and Al-Ashtar.”
