Two Palestinian citizens injured, two arrested including female doctor in Israeli raids in Nablus, Ramallah

RAMALLAH, Aug. 18 (YPA) – Two Palestinian citizens were injured by beatings and two others were arrested, including a female doctor, at dawn on Tuesday during raids conducted by Israeli occupation forces in the Nablus and Ramallah governorates.

The Director of the Ambulance and Emergency Center at the Red Crescent in Nablus, Amid Ahmad, reported that ambulance crews transported two citizens to the hospital after they were beaten by Israeli soldiers during a raid on the village of Beit Imrin, northwest of Nablus. Israeli forces also arrested Khalil Salibi after raiding his home in the Al-Ta’awon area of the city.

In Ramallah, security sources stated that Israeli occupation forces arrested Dr. Dima Mohammad Amin Barakat, 54, an obstetrics and gynecology specialist, after raiding her home in the Al-Tira neighborhood and ransacking its contents.
