Saudi-backed militants shell homes and schools in Taiz, Dalea

TAIZ, Aug. 16 (YPA) – Saudi-backed militants targeted a citizen’s home with a shell in the Bani Ali area of ​​Al-Abous district in Haifan Directorate of Taiz Governorate, local sources reported.

This crime comes amid escalating attacks against civilians. In recent days, Taiz witnessed artillery shelling targeting the vicinity of the 14 October School in Al-Abous district of Haifan Directorate.

Previously, a similar shelling targeted students of Musab Bin Omair School in Sabr Al-Mawadim Directorate as they were returning home, resulting in the death of a fifth-grade student and injuries to her brother.

In Dalea, a girl was injured by a drone strike carried out by Saudi-backed militants targeting Al-Shamriya village in Lower Haiqi district of Al-Hasha Directorate.
