Gaza Health Ministry: More than 1,258 Palestinians killed since October 11, 2025 ceasefire

GAZA, Aug. 10 (YPA) –  More than 1,258 Palestinians have been killed and 4,145 others injured since a ceasefire took effect on October 11, 2025, according to updated casualty figures released by the Palestinian Ministry of Health on Monday.

In its daily report, the ministry said emergency teams had recovered the bodies of 807 victims from beneath the rubble. It added that many victims remained trapped under collapsed buildings and along blocked roads, preventing rescue crews from reaching them.

The report added that six newly injured Palestinians had been admitted to Gaza hospitals over the past 24 hours amid continued Israeli military attacks.

With the latest casualties, the overall death toll from Israel’s military campaign in Gaza since October 7, 2023, has risen to 73,386 killed and 174,256 wounded, according to the ministry.
