Israeli occupation continues its attacks on southern Lebanon

BEIRUT, Aug. 07 (YPA) – Lebanese sources reported that an Israeli occupation army drone targeted the outskirts of the town of Mefdoun in southern Lebanon today in a new attack added to the series of ongoing violations of the border area.

In the same context, the occupation forces carried out a bombing operation inside the Al-Mashaa neighborhood located between the towns of Al-Mansouri and Majdal Zoun without disclosing further details about the nature of the bombing or the resulting damage.

The sources indicated that these attacks coincided with the Israeli warplanes launching a series of air raids targeting the town of Al-Mansouri, as part of the ongoing escalation carried out by the occupation against towns and villages in southern Lebanon.
