Zionist settlers bulldoze agricultural land, uproot olive trees near Ramallah

RAMALLAH, Sept. 22 (YPA) – Zionist settlers bulldozed agricultural land and uprooted olive trees this Tuesday morning in the town of Ni’lin, west of Ramallah.

Palestinian sources reported that six colonist-owned bulldozers leveled dozens of dunams of land and uprooted dozens of olive trees in the “Zubda” area, west of the town.

The sources added that the area undergoing this leveling work is at risk of seizure for the purpose of colonial expansion west of Ramallah.

It is noteworthy that the area had previously been subjected to leveling operations a week ago—accompanied by the construction of a colonial road—while dozens of olive trees were uprooted by settlers just a few days ago in the “Al-Khilal” area, west of the town.
