UKMTO: Unknown object strikes oil tanker in Red Sea

SANAA, July 26 (YPA) – The UK Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) said on Sunday that it had received a report of a maritime incident in the southern Red Sea.

According to the agency, an oil tanker was struck by an unidentified object. Initial reports indicated that both the vessel and its crew are safe, while the environmental impact of the incident has yet to be determined.
