UN: Israeli massacres in West Bank and Gaza warrant an arms embargo on Israel

NEW YORK, July 26 (YPA) – The UN Special Rapporteur on Human Rights in the Palestinian Territories, Francesca Albanese, confirmed on Sunday that the crimes against Palestinians are not limited to Benjamin Netanyahu, but rather reflect a general approach followed by “Israel.”

She explained that “massacres against unarmed civilians are continuing in the West Bank in conjunction with the bombing of Gaza, with the joint participation of settlers and the Israeli army.”

She stressed that the responsibility does not lie with Netanyahu and a corrupt group only, saying: “This is Israel,” and called for an arms embargo on it and a halt to trade with it.
