Emirati studies center: “Saudi economy, vision 2030 vulnerable to Yemeni strikes”

ABU DHABI, July 25 (YPA) – The head of the Abu Dhabi-based Center for Political Studies, Khaled Al-Shemiri, has criticized Saudi Arabia’s exposure of its economy, oil assets, and infrastructure to potential Yemeni missile attacks, stating that the kingdom’s “Vision 2030” is at risk due to Sanaa’s capability to target ports and airports at any moment.

In a post on the “X” platform, Al-Shemiri noted that Yemenis “have nothing left to lose” as they lack major assets or infrastructure to fear losing. He added that American forces and “Israel” have been unable to reach concealed Yemeni weaponry.

Al-Shemiri concluded by questioning Riyadh’s future in light of its involvement in the conflict, reiterating his previous advice for the kingdom to immediately withdraw and lift the blockade to safeguard its security.
