Yemen military: Saudi Arabia must bear consequences of aggression on Sanaa airport

SANAAA, July 13 (YPA) – The Sanaa-based Yemeni armed forces’ spokesman, Brig. Gen. Yahya Sarie, declared on Monday that the Saudi aggressive airstrikes targeting Sanaa International Airport “will not go unanswered and will be met with punishment.”

In a brief military statement, the spokesman said the Saudi fighter jets had carried out a blatant and unjust aggression by launching multiple airstrikes on Sanaa airport.

He added that the aggression “ends the de-escalation phase” and that Saudi Arabia “will bear the consequences of its aggression.”
