GAZA, July 12 (YPA) – Israeli occupation forces continued to violate the ceasefire agreement early Sunday, demolishing several Palestinian homes and carrying out artillery shelling across multiple areas, particularly in the eastern parts of the Gaza Strip.
According to Palestinian sources, four controlled demolitions were reported in Khan Younis in southern Gaza, including two in the Qizan al-Najjar area and another east of the city.
Israeli tanks also opened heavy fire, while drones dropped bombs south of the Qizan Rashwan area.
Israeli naval vessels simultaneously opened fire towards the coast of Khan Younis, while artillery shelling targeted areas west of Rafah.
In central Gaza, artillery shelling struck the eastern outskirts of the Bureij refugee camp, the sources said.
In Gaza City and the northern Gaza Strip, Israeli artillery shelled areas east of Gaza City, while Israeli forces carried out demolition operations in the al-Tuffah neighborhood northeast of the city and east of Jabalia.
