BEIRUT, July 11 (YPA) – A Lebanese was killed and two others were injured on Friday in Israeli strikes across southern Lebanon, according to the National News Agency (NNA).
It reported that an Israeli combat drone carried out a two-wave strike targeting a vehicle on the road near the town of Kfar Roumman, claiming the life of a civilian and injuring another.
Another Israeli strike targeted a vehicle in Nabatieh town, injuring two civilians, at a time when Israeli occupation forces continued to violate the ceasefire agreement.
Meanwhile, Israeli artillery shelled the town of Deir Siryan in the Marjayoun district, while an Israeli drone dropped a stun grenade over the town of Mansouri in the Tyre district.
The violations coincided with a warning from the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL), which said the security situation in southern Lebanon remains fragile despite a noticeable decline in Israeli attacks since late June.
The peacekeeping mission reaffirmed its commitment to expanding its operational activities in support of stability across the region.
