Hezbollah official: Direct negotiations are of no concern to us whatsoever

BEIRUT, June 12 (YPA) – Hassan Ezz El-Din, a member of the “Loyalty to the Resistance” bloc in the Lebanese parliament, affirmed Hezbollah’s decisive stance on the issue of direct negotiations.

In a statement on Friday, Ezz El-Din stressed that “direct negotiations do not concern Hezbollah in any way, shape, or form,” emphasizing the political principles that the party adheres to in this regard.

He said that “the Lebanese authorities must back down from the sin of negotiating directly with the enemy and from the decisions that preceded this decision.”

Ezz El-Din added that it is possible to reach understandings with the Lebanese authorities if they back down from the sin of negotiating directly with the Israeli enemy.
