Sanaa FM warns Israeli occupation of its ongoing crimes in Lebanon
SANAA, June 06 (YPA) – Deputy minister of foreign affairs in the Sanaa-based government, Abdul Wahid Aburas, warned the Israeli occupation entity to continue its attacks and crimes against Lebanon.
In a statement, Aburas pointed to the targeting of a military mechanism of the Lebanese army in the Nabatiyeh area of southern Lebanon, which led to the death of two officers and a soldier.
He addressed Lebanese Prime Minister Nawaf Salam, asking: “Are you interested in targeting the Lebanese army?” Is this war your war Are you concerned about the war in which the Lebanese army is being targeted”.
“Is it time for the residents of Baabda Palace to support their army, their resistance and their people in the face of their real enemy, the criminal Zionist entity?” the Yemeni official wondered.
He considered that this crime represents additional evidence of the targeting by the Israeli entity of all the Lebanese people, stressing that the policy of concessions only increases escalation and criminality.
The official Saba News Agency quoted Abu Ras as saying: “However, the option of surrender under the banner of direct negotiations will not achieve protection, sovereignty, or stability.”
He stressed that there can be no stability in Lebanon as long as aggression and occupation continue.
The foreign minister’s deputy reiterated Sanaa’s position of support for the Lebanese people and their resistance in the face of the ongoing Israeli aggression.
