SANAA, May 17 (YPA) – Leader of Yemen’s Ansarullah Movement, Sayyed Abdulmalik al-Houthi offered condolences to the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades following the martyrdom of senior commander Izz al-Din Al-Haddad in airstrikes of Israeli occupation on the Gaza Strip.
In a statement issued on Sunday, Sayyed al-Houthi said the attack, which also killed Al-Haddad’s wife, daughter, and several civilians while injuring others, was part of the ongoing Israeli crimes against Palestinians in Gaza and the occupied West Bank.
He accused Israeli occupation of continuing its aggression, siege policies, and repeated incursions into Al-Aqsa Mosque, describing them as part of a broader campaign against the Palestinian people.
The movement’s leader also reiterated Yemen’s support for the Palestinian people in Gaza and expressed solidarity with the oppressed populations across the region, including in Lebanon and Iran.
