Judicial circular in Sanaa prohibits closure of factories, commercial establishments
SANAA, May 16 (YPA) – The Judicial Inspection Authority in Sanaa issued a circular on Saturday to all heads and judges of the appellate and primary courts in all governorates, prohibiting the closure of factories, institutions, companies and shops in cases pending before them.
In Judicial Circular No. (32) of the year 1447 AH / 2026 AD, the authority stressed the importance of not issuing decisions or orders to close factories and commercial establishments for any reason whatsoever, and instead working to activate the alternative procedures and measures available by law.
It also asserted the need to adhere to the guidelines, given the severe damage caused by random closure procedures, which affect the core of the national economy and negatively impact the investment environment in the country.
