Child injured amidst surging Zionist settler attacks across West Bank

WEST BANK, May 02 (YPA) – A Palestinian child was injured and several properties were damaged on Saturday as a wave of Zionist settler attacks swept through various regions of the West Bank, signaling a sharp escalation in violence against Palestinian communities.

In the Northern Jordan Valley, witnesses reported that Zionist settlers raided the Khirbet al-Hadidiya community, targeting Palestinian residents with pepper spray. This assault resulted in a child suffering from severe suffocation and sparked widespread panic among the local population.

The violence extended to the South of Hebron, where an armed Zionist settler from the Haggai settlement opened fire on residents in the village of At-Tabaqa. While no casualties were reported in that incident, further aggression was documented North of Jericho. There, settlers stormed the Arab al-Ka’abneh Bedouin community, pelting homes with stones and destroying agricultural supplies, specifically fodder.

These coordinated incidents are part of a broader, intensifying pattern of Zionist settler violence characterized by increasing frequency and geographical reach, reflecting a deteriorating security situation across the Palestinian territories.
