HAVANA, April 28 (YPA) – Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez stressed on Tuesday that Cubans living abroad, along with their families and friends in solidarity, expressed their support for Cuba in more than twelve countries, as part of the “International Week Against the US Blockade.”
Rodriguez noted, in a post on the “X” platform, that solidarity events with Cuba abroad included organizing car convoys and popular marches, in addition to fundraising campaigns directed to the Cuban interior.
He explained that these actions were accompanied by the issuance of statements and declarations of solidarity, in a broad international expression of rejection of the “economic strangulation” and “collective punishment” practiced by the US government against the Cuban people.
