One citizen killed, three injured in Israeli strikes on Lebanon

BEIRUT, April 26 (YPA) – One person was killed and three others injured on Sunday in an Israeli occupation’s airstrike targeting the town of Burj Qalawe in southern Lebanon, according to local reports.

The National News Agency said ambulance and rescue teams are continuing search operations for individuals reported missing following the strike on the nearby town of Qalawiya.

Meanwhile, the occupation’s forces reportedly carried out demolition operations affecting homes and infrastructure in the area between the towns of Yaroun and Bint Jbeil.

The agency added that displacement from southern areas remains ongoing, with heavy traffic reported along routes including Deir al-Zahrani, Zefta, and Al-Musayleh, as well as the Ghaziyeh highway toward Sidon, following the occupation’s warnings.
