Iran’s armed forces ready to deliver “immediate, decisive response” to any aggression

TEHRAN, April 22 (YPA) – The spokesperson of Iran’s Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, Ebrahim Zolfaghari, said that the country’s armed forces are at full combat readiness and prepared to respond immediately to any attack or action targeting the security and stability of Iran.

According to Iranian news agencies, the spokesperson stated that “our forces are fully prepared to launch a powerful and decisive strike against predetermined targets upon detecting any hostile movement against the country.”

The official also warned that Iranian forces would deliver a severe response to any aggression by the United States and “Israel”, (aggressors and child killers,) adding that any miscalculation would be met with a reaction exceeding enemies’ expectation.

The remarks come amid heightened regional tensions, as Tehran continues to assert that its defensive and missile capabilities are intended for deterrence and the protection of national sovereignty against external threats.
