Israeli occupation forces carry out demolition operation in southern Lebanon

BEIRUT, April 20 (YPA) – The Israeli occupation army committed new ceasefire violations in southern Lebanon on Monday, carrying out a series of explosions targeting towns in southern Lebanon, in what appears to be ongoing non-compliance with the truce.

Lebanese sources reported that Israeli forces carried out a violent demolition operation in the town of Taybeh, coinciding with two additional blasts in the city of Bint Jbeil in southern Lebanon.

The incidents come amid a series of reported Israeli violations of the ceasefire agreement in Lebanon, which came into effect last Thursday.
