Amid media blackout, Thousands killed and injured in “Israel” since start of aggression against Iran

OCCUPIED PALESTINE, March 19 (YPA) – The Israeli Ministry of Health reported on Wednesday evening that the number of Israelis injured in the ongoing conflict with Iran has risen to 3,834 since the start of military operations, highlighting the escalating human cost of the confrontation.

According to an official statement, as of the evening of 18 March 2026, all injured have been evacuated to hospitals. Of those, 74 74 people are currently receiving treatment, including one critical case, six serious, 11 moderate, and 56 minor injuries.

The ministry added that 107 injured individuals were recorded during the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of injuries since the outbreak of the war to 3,727.

Meanwhile, the Institute for National Security Studies reported 14 Israeli deaths since the outbreak of the war. While limited compared to the number of injuries, the death toll is expected to rise amid continuing Iranian strikes.

The conflict is taking place under strict military censorship, with the Israeli army warning against publishing or sharing images and videos of targeted sites, aiming to control the flow of information during wartime.

Since late February, the region has witnessed a broad escalation, with the United States joining “Israel” in military operations against Iran, raising concerns of a potential wider regional confrontation.
