Lebanon death toll from Israeli aggression rises to 886 since March 2

BEIRUT, March 16 (YPA) – About 886 people have been martyred and 2,141 others wounded as a result the ongoing Israeli aggression on Lebanon since March 2, according to Lebanese health authorities on Monday.

In its daily statistical report carried by the National News Agency, the Lebanese Ministry of Health said the casualties were recorded from the early hours of March 2 through Monday.

The report noted that the victims included 111 children and 67 women.

It also recorded an increase in casualties among health workers, with 38 killed and 69 injured.

The Israeli occupation has intensified its attacks on Lebanese towns, villages and cities in recent days, escalating airstrikes amid the ongoing conflict involving the United States and occupation against Iran.
