USA uses British bases in its aggression against Iran

SANAA, March. 08 (YPA) – Britain announced that the United States has begun using some of its military bases to carry out what it described as “defensive” operations against Iran, in a move reflecting the escalation of the regional confrontation to more complex and intertwined levels among Western powers.

In a statement published on “X” platform, the British Ministry of Defence said that US forces have begun using a number of British military bases to carry out “specific defensive operations,” aimed at preventing Iran from launching missiles in the region, amid escalating tensions on the regional stage.

“This step comes within the framework of joint measures aimed at protecting interests and lives in the region,” the ministry added, indicating the expansion of military coordination between Washington and London as the confrontation with Tehran intensifies.
