SHABWA, March. 06 (YPA) – Two militants killed, on Thursday, and two others injured due to violent armed clashes erupted between elements of Shabwa Defense factions, loyal to Saudi Arabia,in Shabwa governorate, southeastern Yemen.
Informed sources reported that the clashes broke out between a group of elements belonging to Shabwa Defense forces stationed in Al-Ubaylat desert, leading to the death of two members and injuries to two others, some of whom were described as being in serious condition.
The sources attributed the clashes to a sudden dispute between the elements while they were on board a military vehicle, which quickly escalated from verbal altercations to the use of gunfire, without any known reason.
