Hamas: Continued fall of martyrs confirm that genocide crimes have not stopped in Gaza

GAZA, Feb. 22 (YPA) – The Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas spokesperson Hazem Qassem stated that the continued daily deaths of civilians in the Gaza Strip confirm that what he described as “genocidal crimes” have not stopped, but have merely changed in form and pace.

In a press statement, Qassem said that the continued civilian casualties expose the illusion of talk about peace efforts and reconstruction plans, given what he considered the occupation government’s disregard for these efforts and its continued implementation of its field policies.

The occupation’s targeting and shooting operations are escalating daily in various areas of the Gaza Strip, resulting in deaths and injuries among civilians, amidst the worsening humanitarian conditions in the besieged Strip.
