Two Palestinians killed by Israeli occupation fire in northern, southern Gaza Strip

GAZA, Feb. 21 (YPA) – Two Palestinians were killed on Saturday by Israeli occupation fire in the northern and southern Gaza Strip.

Palestinian sources reported that 30-year-old Majid Abu Marouf was killed following an Israeli drone strike on Block 2 of Jabalia refugee camp.

In a separate incident, 46-year-old Osama Ahmed Abdel Aziz Al-Najjar was killed by an Israeli drone strike in the Qizan Al-Najjar area, south of Khan Younis in southern Gaza.

Eyewitnesses also confirmed that three Palestinians were injured by live fire from Israeli forces east of Gaza City. The shootings reportedly occurred near the end of Omar Al-Mukhtar Street.

Since the ceasefire took effect on October 11, the total number of Palestinians killed has reached 611, with 1,630 wounded, while 726 bodies have been recovered.
