Sanaa warns ‘Israel’: We will open the gates of hell from the Yemeni front

SANAA, Feb. 02 (YPA) –  Yemen’s authorities in Sanaa have issued a strong warning to “Israel” over its ongoing attacks on Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, criticizing continued violations of the ceasefire agreement.

“We tell the Zionist entity that our patience with its crimes in Gaza is running out. Continued aggression and massacres will open the gates of hell from the Yemeni front. We will not leave our people in Gaza under bombing and siege, especially under a fragile ceasefire that is violated daily,” Hizam al-Asad, a member Ansarullah Political Bureau and Shura Council wrote on X.

Al-Asad added that warnings from the leader of revolution Sayyed leader Abdul-Malik al-Houthi should be taken seriously, saying Yemen is preparing for future confrontations and will return “with deeper, broader, and more impactful capabilities if the aggression resumes.”

He also blamed the guarantors and mediators of the ceasefire for their silence, warning that continued Israeli violations could trigger a wider regional escalation and return the region to more dangerous conditions.

“The current truce is neither a mandate for killing nor a cover for Israel’s ongoing crimes against the Palestinian people in Gaza,” al-Asad said.

Al-Asad further warned that the ongoing Gaza ceasefire does not provide Israel with a “mandate for killing” or a cover for its continued attacks on Palestinians.

“The continued killings in Gaza and violations of the truce show that aggression is ongoing. We are prepared for all scenarios,” he added.

Al-Asad highlighted that the “axis of resistance,” spanning Gaza, Yemen, Lebanon, Iraq, and Iran, remains united despite the US-Western conspiracies.

He held the United States primarily and directly responsible for the occupation’s crimes during the ceasefire, describing the truce as fragile, “like a narrow bridge under daily bombardment and violations.”
