SANAA, Jan. 21 (YPA) – The Minister of Health and Environment, Dr. Ali Shaiban, confirmed on Wednesday the government’s commitment to a qualitative leap in the healthcare sector by streamlining administrative procedures and improving the quality of medical services for citizens.
During a meeting with the technical support team for procedural simplification, the minister ordered the immediate implementation of a recommendation matrix derived from field evaluation reports. These measures aim to reduce the time and effort required for citizen transactions and boost performance efficiency across ministry departments.
For its part, the technical team stated that work is underway to update service manuals according to approved simplification standards, ensuring improved service delivery mechanisms and increased public satisfaction with healthcare performance.
