Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital receives 3 martyrs within 24 hours

GAZA, Jan. 21 (YPA) – Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir al-Balah, in the central Gaza Strip, received the bodies of Three martyrs as a result of the continued violations by the occupation army, in a scene that reflects the fragility of the situation on the ground despite the announcement of a ceasefire.

Medical sources reported that one of the martyrs has been identified as 10-year-old Sarhan Muhammad Sarhan al-Rajoudi, who died from injuries sustained east of the city, while the identities of the other two martyrs are still being investigated.

This development comes one day after the Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip issued its statistical report, which showed that the cumulative death toll from the Israeli aggression since October 7, 2023, has risen to 71,551 martyrs and 171,372 injuries in one of the bloodiest wars against civilians.

According to previous ministry data, the occupation’s violations since the ceasefire declaration on October 11 have resulted in the martyrdom of 466 Palestinians and the injury of 1,294 others, with victims still trapped under the rubble, whom medical and civil defense teams have been unable to reach to this day.
