One killed, two injured in airstrike on STC militia camp in Shabwa

SHABWA, Jan. 21 (YPA) – Several members of the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) militia were killed and injured on Wednesday in an airstrike in Shabwa province.

Media sources reported that a Saudi aircraft was suspected of carrying out a strike on a camp operated by the UAE-backed STC militia in Shabwa.

The sources added that a drone strike targeted a camp of the Sixth Brigade of the Shabwa Defense Forces in Ain District, west of Shabwa, killing one soldier identified as Mohammed Ali Mohammed Nasser and wounding two others.
