Three Palestinian men injured by Israeli occupation forces near Nablus

NABLUS, Dec. 23 (YPA) – A Palestinian man was shot and wounded, and two others sustained bruises, early Tuesday morning, after Israeli occupation forces opened fire on their vehicle near the Awarta checkpoint south of Nablus.

Sources from the Palestinian Red Crescent reported that their crews treated three injuries, one of which was a gunshot wound to the hand. The other two suffered bruises when their vehicle overturned after being fired upon by Israeli soldiers.

Israeli occupation soldiers fired live ammunition at the vehicle as it passed near the Awarta checkpoint. The vehicle was carrying three Palestinians from the town of Beit Dajan, east of Nablus.
