SANAA, Dec. 05 (YPA) – Addressing increasing public appeals for Ansarullah’s intervention to halt the security chaos caused by Saudi and UAE proxies in the southern and eastern governorates, Nasr al-Din Amer, a top official in the Sana’a authority, detailed the leadership’s true stance on the conflict raging in Hadhramaut and Mahrah.
In a post on his telegram channel, Amer explained that the Sanaa leadership understands the voices of citizens who are pleading with it to save them from what it called “futility and chaos” in the occupied areas, and it also understands the voices of blame and reproach.
Amer viewed these demands as a reflection of great popular trust that Ansarullah represents the “real and most truthful hope” in an increasingly complex scene.
He furthermore asserted that the turmoil experienced by the coalition-held provinces is the consequence of long-term corruption and fatal miscalculations. This, pushed foreign-aligned parties to fling the nation open to ‘criminal hands,’ with the parties themselves acting as tools and cover for all crimes committed against the people and homeland, resulting in the situation seen today.
Amer said: “Sana’a does not possess a magic wand to fix what others have spoiled over the years,” pointing out that the September 21 Revolution built a strong army and protected most densely populated governorates. However, the extent of the destruction resulting from foreign interventions and the mistakes of local parties “is too great to be solved in an instant.”
He emphasised that Sanaa will never concede any part of Yemen, and confirmed that the demand for the withdrawal of foreign troops remains the top priority in every round of negotiations.
Regarding the current conflict in eastern Yemen, Amer revealed that the “Saudi–Emirati” division scheme is still ongoing. However, what is certain at the moment, according to him, is that there is a joint decision to eliminate the Islah Party entirely.
He concluded his remarks by saying, “Whoever aids an oppressor, Allah will enable him to face his own downfall.”
