Lahj governor calls for revolution against “Saudi, Emirati occupiers”

SANAA, Nov. 30 (YPA) – The governor of Lahj governorate, appointed by Sanaa government, Ahmed Jareeb, on Sunday called on all the people of “the occupied governorates” (controlled by Saudi-led coalition) to prepare for the second independence revolution from “the American, Saudi, and Emirati occupiers.”

In a statement to the official “Saba” News Agency on “November 30” (the anniversary of the expulsion of the British occupier from southern Yemen in 1967), Jareeb considered the ” subjugation and submission” of those governorates to the occupiers to be a “great betrayal” of the blood of the nation’s martyrs.

He affirmed that the Yemeni armed forces “will stand alongside the free people of those governorates in the battle for independence from foreign colonialism in the coming period.”
