Arrest warrants issued for Saudi-aligned leaders in Hadramout after seizing oil fields
HADRAMOUT, Nov. 29 (YPA) – Hadramout governorate in eastern Yemen witnessed a new development in the conflict between factions loyal to Saudi Arabia and the UAE, as compulsory arrest warrants were issued during the past hours against Saudi-aligned leaders.
The warrants included the head of the ‘Hadramout Tribal Alliance’, Sheikh Amr Bin Habrish, and the commander of the so-called “Hadramout Protection Forces,” Mubarak Al-Obathani.
These orders come hours after the “Hadramout Protection” factions, affiliated with the tribal alliance, seized control of oil production areas in the Hadramout oil plateau and expelled UAE-aligned factions from the region.
