Sanaa: Departure of Saudi and Emirati occupiers is inevitable

SANAA, Nov. 29 (YPA) -Sanaa has sent a message to Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, asserting that there is no place for them in Yemen and that their departure is inevitable, no matter how long it takes.

Mohammed Al-Farrah, a member of  Ansarullah Political Bureau, wrote on X: “Yemenis celebrate November 30th as National Independence Day, commemorating the 1967 departure of the last British occupier from Aden, after many years of armed struggle and resistance.”

He added: “The Independence Day is a national occasion to remember the sacrifices of martyrs and fighters who took responsibility for liberating the homeland. It also reflects the Yemeni people’s determination to achieve freedom and protect sovereignty.”

Al-Farrah explained that “Yemen’s history has proven that liberation is inevitable, no matter how long an occupation lasts or in what form. Just as the British colonizers were expelled, every occupier will eventually leave—regardless of their name or backers, whether Emirati, Saudi, or others. The will of the Yemeni people is stronger than any temporary power, and the homeland ultimately belongs only to its people.”

He emphasized that “This day is not just a historical event, but a milestone affirming Yemenis’ resilience and their ability to overcome challenges, working toward a dignified, secure, and independent country, with no place for foreign occupiers, no matter how much they may be supported by those obsessed with money and positions.”
