African migrant injured by Saudi army fire in Yemen’s Saada

SAADA, Nov. 27 (YPA) – An African migrant was injured by Saudi army fire in the border district of Munabbih in Saada governorate northern Yemen, an anonymous security source in the governorate reported on Thursday.

This incident follows a demand last week by the National Human Rights Commission in Sanaa for an urgent international investigation to expose the “crimes of Saudi shelling” targeting civilians in border villages and farms, which results in numerous civilian casualties.

Several international organizations have also indicated that the Saudi army has committed grave violations on the Yemeni border, but their reports and warnings have not received any noticeable response from the relevant international institutions.
