2.3 magnitude earthquake reported in Dhamar

DHAMAR, Nov. 27 (YPA) – A bulletin issued by the Earthquake and Volcano Monitoring and Research Center in Dhamar province reported that a noticeable tremor was recorded to the north of the governorate.

The bulletin stated that monitoring stations recorded a 2.3-magnitude earthquake at 5:46 p.m. on Wednesday.

It stated that the quake’s epicenter was about 10 kilometers west of Ma‘bar in Jahran District and that the tremor was light.
