WEST BANK, Nov. 25 (YPA) – Israeli settlers continued their attacks across several areas of the West Bank, storming a Palestinian home in Silwad, northeast of Ramallah, and setting fire to an agricultural shed in Mikhmas, north of occupied Jerusalem.
In Silwad, Palestinian sources reported that a group of settlers broke into the home of Abu Adam Al-Silwadi, smashing doors, causing extensive damage, and vandalizing its contents.
The Jerusalem Governorate reported in a brief statement that settlers attacked farmers while they were plowing their land in Mikhmas and attempted to prevent them from continuing their work.
Towns in the Ramallah and Al-Bireh governorate, as well as areas around Jerusalem and other parts of the West Bank, have seen a sharp rise in settler attacks in recent weeks.
Incidents have included home break-ins, arson targeting sheds and vehicles, and assaults on civilians and farmers, often carried out under the protection of Israeli forces. Critics say these actions aim to expand settlement outposts and impose stricter restrictions on the local population.
