GAZA, Nov. 22 (YPA) – The Israeli occupation army continues to violate the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, which came into effect 43 days ago, launching airstrikes and demolition operations in various areas of the Strip.
Families in eastern Gaza, especially in Al-Tuffah and Al-Shujaiya, continue to flee as Israeli occupation forces re-enter areas they had earlier vacated under the agreement.
Since dawn on Saturday, the occupation army has launched a series of intense airstrikes on the city of Rafah in southern Gaza, while its aircraft also carried out a strike east of Khan Younis in the southern part of the Strip.
Occupation vehicles opened heavy fire southeast and south of Khan Younis, while Israeli artillery targeted the eastern areas of Deir al-Balah in central Gaza.
Heavy artillery shelling also struck the eastern part of Al-Tuffah neighborhood, coinciding with gunfire from stationed military vehicles.
On Friday, three Palestinian residents of the Strip were killed, according to the Civil Defense, and others were injured when occupation aircraft bombed a home in the town of Bani Suhaila east of Khan Younis.
Nasser Medical Complex confirmed the death of another displaced Palestinian south of Khan Younis.
